PROJECT TITLE: SIERRA LEONE ROADS AUTHORITY HEADQUARTERS

Narrative Description of Project:-

Converted the derelict and isolated structures into a complex of offices for the newly formed authority.  Warehouses and ancillary buildings were concerted offices, library, canteen, conference room and committee rooms.  Spaces between buildings were converted into gardens.  Courtyard and parking lots.  The whole complex is now a coherent whole.
