NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:-

This is a six storey office building built on the hill top of Signal Hill Road. 

Each floor has an open plan space, toilets, with a couple of executive offices – self – contained, store etc.

This design has the flexibility for each floor to serve separate organizations.

Quantity Surveying Services – Complete.

Supervision – Complete.
