PROJECT TITLE: SIERRA LEONE MARITIME HEADQUARTERS, GOVERNMENT WHARF, FREETOWN

NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:-

It was the desire of the Client to have a building which reflects a strong maritime feel.  TEDA as lead architects designed a complex with a symbolic Maritime Statement.

The Complex comprises a public block on three floors, housing the following:  – Committee Rooms, Internet Facilities, Restaurant and Auditorium for 400 people.  The Office block is on four floors with a Pent House above.

Service Provided by TEDA: Architectural, Structural, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Designs and

 Quantity Surveying Services – Complete.  

Supervision – Complete.
