PROJECT TITLE:- OFFICE OF NATIONAL SECURITY, TOWER HILL, FREETOWN
NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:-
The project involves the construction of offices and administrative building at Tower Hill. Facilities provided within the building include numerous offices, conference rooms, a strong room, an I.T. room, a library, canteen etc.
The client requested for a building that would be both aesthetically appealing and provide a commanding view of Freetown.
The design led to the maximum utilization of water resources by prioritizing rain water harvesting and water conservation.
Additional parking facilities were created by construction of an elevated car-park to help meet the client’s requirements.
