NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:-

The project is a 2 Storey Complex of approximately 4,500 m2.  It provides loading and parking area for Taxies and Mini-buses etc. on the ground floor and shops along the peripheries, while shops are available on the upper floor.  Also provision for Canteen/Kitchen, offices and conveniences are provided on both floors

Service Provided by TEDA: Architectural, Structural Designs and Quantity Surveying Services – Complete.  

Supervision – Complete
