PROJECT TITLE:- DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF NEW EXTENSION TO EXISTING BANK HEADQUARTERS
NARRATIVE DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:-
The project involves Design and Supervision of an extension on 4 levels to a 13 level Bank headquarters building in the Centre of Freetown the capital. The total superficial area of the building is about 1500 metre 2.
The structure is reinforced concrete and the building envelope is of aluminium curtain walling and reflective glazing.
TEDA was responsible for the Architectural Design and Supervision of the project in collaboration with the other consultants.
